
One of my greatest passions is the opportunity to work closely with my clients in personalized, one-on-one sessions, whether in-person or through engaging Zoom meetings. I offer tailored fitness programs designed to enhance strength, endurance, and achieve specific weight goals, whether that means gaining or losing weight.
Additionally, I specialize in rehabilitation and injury-based training, utilizing Pilates techniques that promote physical recovery while simultaneously fostering mind-body awareness. My approach isn't just about physical fitness; it also encompasses mindfulness practices aimed at reducing stress and anxiety, ultimately enhancing overall well-being.
Each session is meticulously crafted to fit the unique needs of my clients, creating a nurturing environment where they can thrive. INJURY REHAB
My sessions are individualised to meet each clients' needs which are often adapted to suit injuries.
I work closely with the Kingsfield Centre for Physiotherapy in Bushey, Hertfordshire. I can work one to one with the goal of integrating into class environments (e.g. hip replacements), once they have confidence and no longer need individual attention.


LONG TERM GOALS
Other clients prefer the benefit of long term one to one sessions as it suits them for their physical needs and if they have busy schedules. They can be fitness based including running, spinning, boxing, weight training or pilates based for strength, flexibility, toning and relaxation.
