Corporate retreats and sound baths are transformative experiences designed to prioritise wellbeing and rejuvenation. Bespoke retreats combine activities like group fitness, mindfulness workshops, guided meditation, and team-building exercises to refresh and inspire your team.

 

Sound baths complement this by using soothing tones and gentle vibrations from instruments like crystal bowls and gongs to promote deep relaxation, reduce stress, and restore balance. Together, these practices create a powerful opportunity to reset, recharge, and reconnect.

FITNESS

Fitness plays a vital role in enhancing workplace wellbeing and productivity. My corporate fitness programs are designed to energise and motivate teams through engaging, tailored sessions that suit all fitness levels. Whether it’s dynamic group workouts, strength-building exercises, or restorative practices like Pilates, each session helps improve physical health, reduce stress, and boost overall morale. THE 4 M'S MENOPAUSE PROGRAMME

The 4 M's

Menopause, Movement, Mindfulness, Meditation.

 

An 8-week course, its goal is to make the menopause experience a positive one.

 

Educating on the menopause through movement, mindfulness and meditation.

THE MINDFULNESS PROGRAMMES

The Mindfulness Programmes are based on blocks of 6 week programmes with all elements of mindfulness from techniques, copy strategies relating to work from home life to improving employee's performances and happiness.
